Prohibited Use
Users shall not: (i) infringe intellectual property rights; (ii) bypass security or access controls; (iii) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (iv) use bots to harvest or download at scale; (v) interfere with or disrupt the website’s operation.
Pricing, Taxes & Payments

- For EEA Users: by requesting immediate access to the digital content, the User expressly consents to supply before the 14‑day withdrawal period ends and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the download or streaming begins.
- Where a technical error prevents access to the file, the User may request support; the Service Provider may re‑issue the download or, at its discretion, offer a refund.

- Categories of data collected: IP address, device data, cookies, order information, limited payment details (via processors), and support communications.
- Purposes of processing: to provide and secure the Service, process payments, perform analytics, serve advertising (where consented), and comply with legal obligations.
